The fashionably lovely online store ZANDO recently gifted me with a pair of super chic long black boots for winter. I decided that the best way to show off these beauties would be in a look post sharing how I would actually wear them in my day to day life, that is, with a super comfy knit, a sling bag and simple skinny jeans.
About two weeks ago on my birthday, myself and a partner were treated to a delicious and beautiful afternoon at the Table Bay Hotel in Waterfront for their high tea. The fully halaal three course tea was the perfect way to spend a special afternoon and, judging by our food babies and inability to walk to the car, I would say that it was a pretty special treat indeed.

About 5 years ago I stumbled upon an image on pinterest of a piece of jewellery that took my breath away. I immediately saved it to my phone and started looking for someone, anyone who would be willing to make it for me. I knew that having this particular piece made the way I wanted it to be would be a huge moment in my life and spent the next four years emailing, calling, messaging and talking to just about anyone who I thought would have the skill and the means to make it for me.
Yoga, which is probably one of my favourite exercises is not only good for the mind but also helps to strengthen the body while relaxing your muscles and detoxifying your system in one workout is my absolute go to work out for the days when I feel more ‘bleh’ than ‘YEAH!’ Mio, one of my all-time favourite body care brands found a way to ‘bottle’ the therapeutic effect that Yoga leaves on us and launched the ultimate relaxation in a bottle ‘Liquid Yoga’.
I am so excited to share this post with all of you! As many of you may know, I have been suffering with horrible acne scarring and pigmentation over the last two years and, as a result, have tried many different products promising to diminish all the marks and leave me with supermodel skin – but to no avail. Recently however, I met with the lovely Dr Toni at the prestigious Skin Renewal in Claremont and am so excited to be starting my journey to clear skin with this wonderful brand.
