I made my way to the kitchen and looked around but couldn&#8217;t quite find something that even remotely attracted me and instead, grabbed a bag of buckwheat, grinded it in a food processor and subsequently started adding a myriad of ingredients that were lying around and finally came up with these deliciously healthy energy bites. Get the recipe below!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Buckwheat, which is a great substitute for grain in a ton of recipes, is actually a fruit seed related to rhubarb. It is an absolutely great source of magnesium which helps to relax the blood vessels that in turn, lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated. Add more peanut butter or dates if the mixture is not sticky enough.<\/p>\n<p>Roll into balls and refrigerate.
